Flexible category configurations allow you to track sales and cost of goods through the General Ledger in any manner you wish. Each product category is configured to track both retail and service, billable and non-billable sales, and cost of goods.

The Fuels Management Software allows quick and easy access to the Inventory on-hand status; determine if your service trucks have the necessary parts for a service call.

View the customer appliance information for previous service calls, warranty coverage, and service plans. Print work orders right from inquiry or switch to serviceman scheduling.

Each customer can be assigned a price level corresponding to one of four prices within each inventory item. Each Inventory part may also be assigned four price levels. When an inventory transaction is charged to a customer, the appropriate price is used to generate the invoice. Prices may be overridden if desired.

Each appliance the customer has can include actual inventory items, which print on the work order. This saves valuable time for your service technician.
