Taurus Systems is a software developer, customer support
specialist, and provider of complete computer systems.
Taurus Systems is a provider of turnkey computer systems,
running commercial-grade business software. We support the
"Open Systems" philosophy, operating on Windows and
DOS networks as well as several versions of UNIX. We respect
your need to work with software from other companies and provide
tools to assist in sharing information.
We work closely with our customers to insure smooth
implementation, planning for a long-term mutually beneficial
relationship. Customer service, after the sale, includes
responsive telephone support, cooperative software development,
and custom programming.
Solutions
Since the 1970's
Taurus software is both time tested and continually
advancing. Early visions of our software successfully ran
businesses in the 1970s when mini-computers became
cost-effective for medium sized companies. As microcomputers
became powerful enough to run small, then medium, then large
companies, we improved our software, adding many new
capabilities while increasing ease of use. As both a software
developer and a customer support organization, we have made full
use of direct input from customers to create a final product
designed and proven to provide your business with a competitive
edge.
Taurus Systems is the newest version of a company founded
over 20 years ago as Computer House. The current president of
Taurus, Randy Rockwell, started at Computer House during the
first year, and our vice president, Robert Bertulli, joined in
1986. In 1993 they bought the company and renamed it Taurus
Systems.. Continuity has been provided by finding and keeping
quality employees who maintain a friendly relationship with each
of our customers. We currently have a staff of seven serving a
customer base of 100 direct customers. In addition, we work with
four other computer dealers who resell our products to their own
customers.

Support - Our Forte
Taurus Systems provides knowledgeable and timely customer
support, augmented with modem access from our computers to
yours, for immediate problem solving and program updates. On an
ongoing basis, we hold "User’s Group" meetings for
all interested customers, in order to exchange ideas and to
determine and define software improvements most important to the
group. Our software development department balances these
broad-appeal projects with small custom projects that address
the needs of individual companies. We firmly believe that our
success depends on the success of our customers’ businesses.
